We offer five D.E.L.E. preparation courses (Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language). These are the only diplomas with official validity in Spain. This exam can be taken in Spain or the Instituto Cervantes and Spanish Embassies in the world. It takes place three times a year, in May, August and November).
The D.E.L.E. provides the necessary accreditation for students who want to study in a Spanish university o to work in a Spanish-speaking country. These diplomas are recognised by institutions at an international level, both state and private, chambers of commerce and enterprises of the private sector.
In EIBUR you can do all five DELE preparation courses, one for each of the diplomas offered by the Instituto Cervantes. For your convenience, you can do the exams at the University (UBU) or the Official Chamber of Commerce in Burgos.
1st – 2nd Hours: Grammar
3rd. – 4th Hours: exam specific aspects (reading comprehension, listening, personal interviews, written exercises, essays, technical vocabulary exercises, speaking practice, etc.).
Exam dates, established by the Ministry of Education and Science, change every year and so do the starting dates of our preparation courses as we schedule them accordingly.
Although the exams can be taken abroad, most of our students opt to do it in Spain. Enrollment closing dates are usually one month before the exam day. There are three annual exam dates: in May, August and November. Those who want detailed information should contact the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in their own country, the Instituto Cervantes or EIBUR.
The courses may last from 2 to 8 weeks, or longer, depending on our students’ needs.
